Job summary

Essity in Wales is seeking an Environmental Manager to lead day-to-day environmental management at our Oakenholt site and drive continuous improvement aligned with our Environmental Strategy and RESH Framework.

You will ensure compliance with environmental regulations, oversee reporting and incident investigations, manage water/waste/air emissions programs, and collaborate with the RESH team and NRW stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental management within industrial settings.
• Knowledge of water, waste, air emissions, and reporting.
• Auditing experience, internal and external.
• Familiarity with RESH tools and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead site environmental compliance across the site.
• Oversee reporting, monitoring, waste management and incident investigation.
• Act as Radiation Protection Supervisor for reservoir management.
• Support GHG, ESOS, and site improvement projects.
• Collaborate with RESH team and external stakeholders such as NRW.
