We are working with a well-established food manufacturing business to recruit a site-based Environmental Coordinator for a permanent position at one of their flagship UK operations.
This role has been created following the departure of the previous post-holder and presents an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to step into a role with genuine ownership and visibility. The site has been supported in the short term by interim HSE resource and external environmental consultancy, with key environmental audits now complete. The focus now is on securing a long-term hire to take responsibility for the function moving forward.
The position is fully site-based at a manufacturing facility operating across two neighbouring factories, working closely with onsite Health & Safety and operational teams including Engineering, Hygiene, and Production.
You will be the sole Environmental representative on site. This is a practical, hands‑on role suited to someone comfortable operating at site level while being supported by a broader group framework.
