Job Title: Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality Manager

Our national FMCG client is looking to add a Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality Manager to their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement, administer and enforce all Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality policies, processes and standards.
2. Responsible for the maintenance of Safety, Health, Quality and quality systems as documented on the Process Library.
3. Ensure that all requirements of the Health, Safety & Environment policies and standards are met by the depot.
4. Monitor standards & audit requirements to ensure compliance and highlight areas of non-compliance to Senior Depot Management.
5. Deliver and co-ordinate all Safety, Health, Environment and Standards compliance related events/induction.

Requirements:

1. A sound working knowledge of Company processes and standards.
2. Strong knowledge in Health & Safety, Environmental management, and internal and external auditing.
3. Effective communicator with the ability to persuade and influence senior management.
4. Ability to deliver effective presentations and training courses.
5. Customer driven, collaborative and hands-on approach.
6. Experience of a fast-moving distribution environment.
7. Cost management and ability to work within tight budgetary controls.
8. NEBOSH – National General Certificate or equivalent.

Working Hours: 08:00hrs – 16:00hrs. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
