HSE Manager

This is a unique and challenging opportunity to take on multi-site responsibility across an expanding pharmaceutical manufacturing business that is looking to strengthen its approach to consistent Health and Safety management. Over the past two years, the company has successfully increased manufacturing and headcount, making Health and Safety a key focus.

While this role is multi-site focused, it also requires a hands-on approach to all aspects of Health and Safety, not just oversight.

The manufacturing environment's unique nature necessitates previous experience in radiation and/or radioactivity. This includes creating consistent procedures and supporting local site challenges to maintain compliance.

As the business plans to expand its facilities, the HSE Manager will be responsible for developing new documentation and processes for implementation.

This position is based remotely and not tied to a single facility. You will be expected to travel within the UK approximately once a month. Flexibility to travel is essential, and a car or car allowance will be provided as part of the benefits package.

Initially, in the first 6 months, there will be a requirement to spend 3 days on-site at a South-East facility in Surrey to address immediate challenges.
