Job Responsibilities:
- Support pre-sales activities related to EHS management, such as RFI/RFPs.
- Uplift and maintain existing EHS management systems to support telecommunications field engineering activities, e.g., mobile rollout, site maintenance.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable accreditation standards, e.g., SafeContractor, ISO 45001, ISO 14001.
- Collaborate with UK operational teams to ensure EHS compliance across activities, adopting a hands-on approach.
- Implement frameworks to monitor and report EHS compliance.
- Drive continual improvement of EHS management systems.
- Conduct on-site audits nationwide as required.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses for EHS-related events, ensuring corrective actions and lessons sharing.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate EHS risks across projects and office environments.
- Deliver or coordinate EHS training and awareness initiatives, especially for field engineers, beyond iHasco offerings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant EHS legislation and best practices, advising stakeholders accordingly.
- Acquire knowledge about EcoVadis and CDP; additional knowledge in these areas would be advantageous for the Group.
