Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Support pre-sales activities related to EHS management, such as RFI/RFPs.
  2. Uplift and maintain existing EHS management systems to support telecommunications field engineering activities, e.g., mobile rollout, site maintenance.
  3. Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable accreditation standards, e.g., SafeContractor, ISO 45001, ISO 14001.
  4. Collaborate with UK operational teams to ensure EHS compliance across activities, adopting a hands-on approach.
  5. Implement frameworks to monitor and report EHS compliance.
  6. Drive continual improvement of EHS management systems.
  7. Conduct on-site audits nationwide as required.
  8. Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses for EHS-related events, ensuring corrective actions and lessons sharing.
  9. Identify, assess, and mitigate EHS risks across projects and office environments.
  10. Deliver or coordinate EHS training and awareness initiatives, especially for field engineers, beyond iHasco offerings.
  11. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant EHS legislation and best practices, advising stakeholders accordingly.
  12. Acquire knowledge about EcoVadis and CDP; additional knowledge in these areas would be advantageous for the Group.
