Job Description:

Safety, Health and Environmental Manager role based in Severn Beach, Bristol, UK, offering £58,000 DOE per annum, plus benefits including a £2,000 on-call allowance, private healthcare, share incentive plan, 25 days annual leave, early finish on Fridays, a defined contribution pension, and flexible benefits.

The position involves standard office hours Monday to Friday with hybrid working after 9-12 months. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UK health, safety, and environmental legislation and group SHE strategies.
• Manage ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards integration.
• Conduct audits, produce reports, and develop action plans.
• Investigate incidents and implement learnings.
• Train teams on risk assessments and SHE compliance.
• Engage stakeholders to promote safety culture.
• Lead SHE programs and campaigns.

The Person/Qualifications

• Experience in SHE auditing and performance improvement in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of UK SHE legislation and standards.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, IOSH membership.
• Familiarity with ISO management systems.
• Degree in environmental health or occupational safety (desirable).
