Senior SHE Manager – ISO 9001/14001/45001

Bristol based - hybrid working

£53,000 - £82,000 (plus bonus and benefits)

A Senior Safety, Health and Environment and Health Manager is wanted on a permanent basis by a global Engineering client of ours who is at the forefront of their industry. In this role, the successful candidate will ensure all compliance, legislative, safety and environmental responsibilities are adhered to by the company.

This is a permanent opportunity that includes a base salary of between £53,000 - £82,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications plus bonuses and benefits.

Overview of the Senior SHE Manager role:

1. Develop and manage the internal SHE audit plan and internal audit process in line with the requirements of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 working towards an integrated SHEQ approach.
2. Monitor and report on the compliance status of the business SHE Management System procedures, international standards, relevant SHE legislation and Responsible Business Alliance requirements.
3. Support Global SHE team with integrated business process development opportunities.

Key skills required for the Senior SHE Manager role:

1. 5 years SHE experience with either IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
2. Recognised expert in the practical application of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 standards.
3. Strong reporting and presentation skills to a wide variety of internal stakeholders.
