Job summary

Gallagher UK is seeking a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our Warwick team. You’ll be the first point of contact for Gallagher Security customers and Channel Partners, helping troubleshoot challenges and provide clear guidance.

You’ll grow your product knowledge with support from experienced engineers as you develop technical confidence in networking, devices and access control, delivering reliable, customer-focused solutions as part of a collaborative global team.

Qualifications

• Developing understanding of IT networking, devices or troubleshooting.
• Experience in help desk, customer service or IT support is helpful.
• Clear written and verbal communication with focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support calls and emails with accurate, timely guidance.
• Troubleshoot networking, devices, software and access control issues with senior support.
• Record interactions and resolutions clearly in CRM and knowledge base systems.
• Escalate, investigate and help resolve customer issues with regional teams.
• Build knowledge of Gallagher Security products and processes through learning.
