Job summary

Chapelhouse invites applications for a Trainee Service Advisor with no experience needed. Based in the Northwest, you will join a growing motor group with 10 branches and brands MG, Suzuki, Omoda & Jaecoo.

You will learn to handle bookings, explain service needs, prepare quotes and invoices, and deliver a first-class customer experience from booking to collection. Full training and career progression are provided.

Qualifications

• No prior motor trade or Service Advisor experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop in automotive service sector.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and manage job cards.
• Provide regular customer updates from booking to vehicle collection.
• Explain servicing and repair requirements and provide estimates.
• Identify opportunities for additional service work.
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain records.
• Follow dealership standards and ensure accurate processing.
• Follow up with customers to support satisfaction and retention.
