Shine of Tysons is seeking an energetic Marketing & Outreach Assistant to connect with homeowners and local businesses throughout Northern Virginia. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people and wants hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and business development.

• Friendly and comfortable talking to new people.
• Confident enough to make cold calls or walk into a local business.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Organized and good at following instructions.
• Comfortable using basic computer and phone applications.
• Motivated by goals and performance bonuses.
• Positive and persistent when someone says "not right now".
• Interested in learning more about marketing, sales, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.
• Re-engage previous leads and customers.
• Follow up with older estimates and inquiries.
• Send and schedule pre-written SMS campaigns.
• Deliver marketing materials to targeted local businesses.
• Distributing door hangers in selected neighborhoods.
• Introducing Shine to businesses and potential referral partners.
• Keep outreach and follow-ups to maintain an active lead pipeline.
