Job summary

You will learn ordering and invoicing, asset tagging, and manage stock; progress to user provisioning, hardware setups, and ticket queue management over 4-6 months; strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Maths and English grades typical for entry-level roles.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• A genuine interest in computing and IT is expected.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office and related hardware.

Responsibilities

• Learn ordering and invoicing processes; handle credit card statements.
• Receive goods, then asset tag.
• Proficiently use the company asset management system.
• Maintain stock levels of kit and consumables.
• Build rapport with external suppliers.
• Log and log incoming end-user support requests via telephone.
• Identify software/hardware used and supported by the organisation.
