KJL Group in Basildon, Essex, is offering a Junior IT Support Engineer apprenticeship that combines hands-on client tech work with an industry-recognised qualification. The role is full-time and hybrid after training, with a supportive team and real projects across the UK.

You’ll learn first-line support, troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 apps, device setup, and basics of Active Directory and Azure, under the guidance of experienced engineers.

This role is designed to give you hands-on experience in IT support while you work towards an industry-recognised qualification.

What You’ll Do

Your Development

You’ll be mentored by our team of experienced engineers while completing your apprenticeship. By the end of the programme, you’ll have:

• A recognised IT qualification (such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft technologies, or equivalent)
• Real world experience supporting 4,000+ end users across multiple industries
• A clear pathway into a fulltime IT Support Engineer role within KJL Group

Hours: Mon–Fri 08:30–17:00
Holiday: 22 days + bank holidays

This role will initially be based in our Basildon HQ to support training and mentoring. As you progress, there will be opportunities to work from home and join field engineers on client visits.
