Job summary

Cerco is recruiting Entry-Level IT Field Engineers to join our team, supporting customers across the UK. No previous IT experience is required as full training can be provided. You will travel to customer sites, install, repair, or troubleshoot IT hardware and peripherals, and complete basic reporting after each visit.

A full UK driving licence and enhanced DBS check are required. The role offers full-time, part-time and contractual opportunities, with pay at £100–£115 per day and on-site

Qualifications

• No previous IT experience required
• Full UK driving licence
• Enhanced DBS Check

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to install, repair, or troubleshoot IT hardware and peripherals
• Set up and configure devices including desktops, laptops, printers and routers
• Carry out routine maintenance and health checks on IT equipment
• Provide clear updates to the IT Support Desk or Cerco contacts
• Complete basic reporting or job sheets after each visit
• Adhere to field service standards, safety requirements and professionalism
