Qualifications

• Experience as an IT Technician or in a similar IT support role.
• Networking knowledge and Microsoft 365 skills.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site fault support and resolution.
• Lead installation projects from surveys to handover.
• Collaborate with end users and colleagues to plan and deliver solutions.
• Input into solution design, quoting, and creating statements of work.
• Ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
