Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise IT hardware, networks, servers, storage or telephony in a field-based role.
• Strong fault-finding, triage and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Field-based installation, maintenance and repair of enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, network and telephony faults.
• Cover customer sites across South West England.
• Participate in 24/7 emergency call-out rota.
