You will deliver technical support to end users under supervision, assist with Windows 11 workstations, basic networking, cybersecurity practices, and software installations across diverse systems,

Responsibilities

Deliver technical support to end users under supervision.
Assist with deployment, configuration and maintenance of Windows 11 workstations.
Carry out basic networking tasks and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Monitor wireless network performance and escalate complex issues.
Support cybersecurity practices, including software updates and password security.
Assist with software installations, updates and fault resolution across systems.
Support user account creation and email setup.
Maintain records of support requests and documentation in the service desk.
