Arden Personnel Limited is seeking a Customer Data Analyst near Redditch. You will process and verify customer stock movement data, upload declaration files, and maintain data accuracy across records.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent (vocational qualifications welcome).
• Up to 2 years in an admin, data or office role would be useful.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Highly accurate with a real eye for detail.
• Well organised and able to manage your own workload.
• A clear, confident communicator with people at all levels.
• Customer-focused and keen to understand the bigger picture of the business.

Responsibilities

• Process and check stock movement data submitted by customers.
• Receive, analyse and upload customer declaration files into internal systems.
• Register declared stock movements and resolve rejected files.
• Contact customers about rejected files or delivery location queries.
• Create and maintain matching tables so movements are assigned correctly.
• Check quality and timeliness of customer data submissions.
• Keep customer process flow charts up to date.
