Job summary

Arden Personnel Limited is seeking a Customer Data Analyst to support data entry and processing tasks in a temporary 12-month role. The position pays £14.00 per hour and runs 30 hours per week, 9:00am–3:00pm with flexibility.

Based near Redditch, the role involves handling customer data, inquiries by phone and email, and ensuring data quality. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, comfort with Microsoft Excel, and good written and verbal English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, data processing or administration is useful but not essential, as full training is provided.
• Confident working with computer systems and handling large volumes of information.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Confident using Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with fluent English.
• Well organised, and comfortable dealing with customers by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and uploading customer data files into internal systems
• Recording stock movements accurately and resolving any rejected files
• Contacting customers by email and telephone about file rejections and data queries
• Creating and maintaining matching tables so data is assigned correctly
• Checking customer data for quality, accuracy and timely submission
• Keeping customer process records and flow charts up to date
• Supporting wider team projects as needed
