Job summary

Metro Bank Reading is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to help customers make confident financial decisions. You will engage with customers in a busy store, offering personalised support and solutions while building trusted relationships.

No banking experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. The role offers a structured 37.5-hour week across five days with shifts from 8:45am-5:15pm or 9:00am-5:30pm, including some Saturdays with a day off in the week.
