Job summary

Metro Bank plc is seeking a customer service oriented professional for full-time hours at our Leeds store. You will be engaging with customers, understanding their financial needs and offering personalised guidance while delivering exceptional service.

Training will cover our processes and banking products, ensuring you become a trusted banking professional in a supportive team environment. Expect 37.5 hours across 5 days with shifts starting around 8:45–9:00 and potential Saturday work.
