Job summary

Metro Bank is looking for a Banking Representative to be the face of the branch, delivering exceptional customer service while applying knowledge of our products and services. You will join a team focused on meeting store objectives, taking ownership of customer interactions and maintaining compliance through ongoing training.

The role is based in Basingstoke with typical hours 8:45am–5:15pm, Monday to Friday, with potential Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Ability to build effective customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail, even under pressure.
• Profound understanding of risks associated with the role and their implications for customers.
• Proficient in computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in handling customer service queries in a controlled processes environment is essential.
