Teach Now is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to lead a Reception class in Barnet, North London. You will plan engaging learning activities aligned with the EYFS framework, assess development, and build strong relationships with families.

The role involves collaboration with teaching assistants and the EYFS team in a well-resourced environment. The successful candidate will have QTS, recent EYFS/Reception experience, and a confident understanding of phonics and language development.

Qualifications

• QTS required and recent EYFS/Reception teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Confident with early phonics and language development.
• Ability to identify and support children with additional learning needs.
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.

Responsabilités

• Plan engaging learning opportunities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Assess children’s development and adjust planning accordingly.
• Build positive relationships with families and carers.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and other EYFS practitioners.
• Support indoor and outdoor learning with a balanced approach to play and exploration.
