Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Customer Success Manager in London to own a portfolio of strategic treasury accounts across EMEA. You will drive adoption, retention, and growth while building senior-level relationships with Heads of Treasury, Finance leaders and CFOs.

You will run QBRs, perform value analyses, and partner with Product and Engineering to align the roadmap with customer needs. A hybrid in‑office model and strong customer outcomes are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within enterprise SaaS, FinTech or financial services, ideally in Customer Success or strategic account management.
• Deep domain expertise in corporate treasury: cash and liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, netting, payments and settlement.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise treasury accounts across EMEA with adoption, retention, satisfaction and growth outcomes.
• Build senior-level relationships with Heads of Treasury, Finance leaders and CFOs, serving as advisor and Ripple advocate.
• Lead QBRs and executive reviews; analyze value against customer targets such as cost reduction and forecasting accuracy.
• Manage health of portfolio with churn risk signals and renewal/upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and GTM to shape the roadmap and promote product adoption.
