Job summary

Marex seeks a Digital Assets Associate to support day-to-day delivery of digital asset projects across the Marex Group. You will coordinate initiatives from Front Office and Support & Control desks, defining requirements, plans and action logs while ensuring governance and regulatory obligations are met.

You will help identify new applications for digital asset technology and contribute to strategy with a keen commercial and market awareness. This role offers exposure across Marex Group.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in financial services, consulting or related change roles.
• Experience coordinating business, technology, regulatory or operational change.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery and Coordination: support digital asset initiatives and coordinate from concept to production.
• Business Analysis and Implementation: gather requirements, map processes and translate into actions.
• Cross-Group Stakeholder Management: coordinate between Front Office and Support & Control functions.
• Strategy, Innovation and Market Development: assess market developments and new use cases for digital assets.
• Operating Model and Control Frameworks: embed controls and governance across processes.
• Governance and Regulatory Support: prepare governance papers and support regulatory initiatives.
• Business Management and Continuous Improvement: provide timely MI and prioritize projects by value.
