Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the UK region, including remote work options. The role focuses on driving large, complex opportunities within enterprise accounts and expanding client relationships to meet quarterly quotas.

You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver proposals, forecast opportunities, and ensure customer value is clearly articulated. A strong track record in selling high-tech solutions and AI-enabled decision support is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a similar role selling high technology products to large organisations.
• Ability to network multiple levels within an account up to C-Level.
• Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
• Experience selling technically complex solutions.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to create and deliver value propositions.
• Ability to identify and influence key decision makers.
• Ability to succeed in a quota driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Build a successful pipeline to meet and exceed your individual sales quota.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships up to executive levels within your portfolio.
• Network within client organizations and influence key decision makers, typically at C-level.
• Act as CrowdStrike ambassador within specific client accounts.
• Expand sales within existing and new accounts while building relationships with decision makers.
• Articulate and promote CrowdStrike's value proposition to become a trusted advisor.
• Develop account development plans and engagement strategies for each portfolio.
• Lead a virtual internal team to drive and close opportunities and forecast outcomes.
