Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. in Reading, United Kingdom, is seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Engineer to join our expanding team.

You will balance hands-on technical work with strategic initiatives, supporting sales and driving innovation across cross-functional partners. You will demonstrate complex security solutions, contribute to product roadmaps, and deliver enablement sessions for customers and channel partners.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CrowdStrike Falcon Platform and security landscape.
• Experience with incident response, malware analysis, forensics, or security analytics.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, self-sufficient work ethic with organizational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to team growth by participating in hiring and onboarding processes.
• Support the Value Selling Sales play, including TDDs, Success Criteria, POVs, RFIs, RFPs, and objection handling.
• Conduct competitive research and address customer objections; provide field insights to product team.
• Drive process and tool innovation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Deliver enablement sessions for internal teams, resellers, prospects, and customers.
• Participate in team meetings sharing insights and best practices.
• Help improve win rates and opportunity creation within the Sales Engineering team.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management on feature tracking and enhancements.
• Architect and demonstrate complex technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and demos; contribute to SE wiki.
• Stay ahead of cybersecurity threats and translate findings into sales strategy.
• Refine corporate sales engineering methodologies and processes.
• Mentor junior Sales Engineers and develop their skills.
• Analyze win/loss to identify process improvements.
• Communicate clearly with diverse audiences and collaborate cross-functionally.
