Four SDRs have already progressed to Account Executive roles within 6-12 months, and we invest in development to build a lasting career, not just a single job. This role sits in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Experience building pipeline through outbound outreach across email, phone and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication skills and ability to start conversations with senior decision-makers.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage a fast-paced pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline from the ground up through creative, persistent outbound outreach across email, phone and LinkedIn.
• Identify and engage enterprise prospects, uncovering opportunities where WYN can deliver significant savings.
• Book high-quality meetings with senior decision-makers and create opportunities that convert.
• Own your pipeline end-to-end: manage activity, follow up relentlessly, and keep opportunities moving.
• Work directly with leaders to refine messaging, targeting and our sales playbook.
• Hit ambitious targets, take ownership of your results, and celebrate your wins.
