Job summary

Cognexo is a fast-growing digital learning and employee engagement company offering a SaaS platform to enterprise clients across industries, including automotive and financial services. We are seeking a Customer Implementations and Training Lead to own the onboarding journey from contract to go-live, coordinating complex implementations and delivering customer training.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level and able to manage complex SaaS implementations.
• 3-5 years’ experience delivering SaaS implementations or complex technology onboarding projects.
• Confident running client-facing sessions independently across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate technical constraints into plain English.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritise across concurrent accounts.
• Strong organisational skills; PM discipline not reliant on reminders.
• Experience in enablement/training environments with large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Full implementation lifecycle from kick-off through to go-live and CS handover.
• Discovery and scoping calls to translate client requirements into configuration decisions.
• Implementation plans and project trackers maintained in real time.
• Stakeholder management across client-side and internal teams, including escalation handling.
• Acceptance criteria definition and UAT coordination.
• Handover documentation to give CS teams everything needed to own the account.
• Contribution to implementation process improvements like templates and playbooks.
• Training and enablement for internal and external stakeholders.
