Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Implementation Consultant to drive deployment of our Connected Operations platform with top customers. You’ll own the customer relationship, deliver project plans, and partner across Sales, Support, and Product to ensure successful outcomes. Travel up to 30% may be required.

You’ll work in a fast-growing, globally connected environment where cross-functional collaboration, problem solving, and change management are daily pursuits. Fluent English and German are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding role.
• Strong project management skills with methodologies.
• 2+ years experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Excellent consultative skills with end-to-end system implementations.
• Experience managing >20 implementations/projects at a time.
• Proven track record of building trust and communicating with executives and users.
• Fluency in English and German is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the Samsara advisor, deploying Samsara technology to customers and achieving quick value.
• Lead solution workshops to develop L1 processes for business processes.
• Guide customers through change management including policy, comms and training.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and users.
• Juggle multiple customer engagements and work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional experience.
