Job summary

Meritt LTD. in Brighton is hiring Account Executives for its ecommerce SaaS platform. You will own the UK & Ireland new business, guiding deals from first contact to signature.

You’ll target mid-market accounts using data-guided insights and AI research; lead discovery calls and product demos with senior ecommerce and operations leaders. This role supports a fast-growing team in Brighton, with four days in the office and a base of £45k–£55k plus a 30% uncapped bonus, aiming for substantial OTE

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in sales.
• Sold software or SaaS.
• Experience selling to mid-market (100–1000 employees).
• Built own sales pipeline.
• Full-cycle sales experience: discovery to close.
• CRM forecasting experience.
• Experience selling to enterprise buying committees.
• Startup or scale-up experience preferred.
• Comfortable with deals of £10k–£50k.

Responsibilities

• Own new business across the UK & Ireland from first conversation to close.
• Target accounts using data and AI-assisted signals.
• Lead discovery calls and demos with senior ecommerce and operations leaders.
• Help shape a UK sales team that is still early.
