Job summary

ElevenLabs is expanding globally and seeks a Proposal Manager to own strategic enterprise bids from qualification through submission. You will coordinate input across sales, solutions engineering, legal and security, shaping responses and ensuring a high bar on every submission.

You’ll run pursuits in an AI-first system, turning repeated work into templates and content, and you’ll write and edit clear, compliant proposals under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Track record managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses end-to-end.
• Fluent use of AI and automation in workflows.
• Exceptional writing and editing of technical and commercial input.
• Strong project management under deadline pressure across multiple functions/timezones.
• Commercial instincts: distinguishing responses by criteria and value.
• Bonus: proficiency in additional languages; security/compliance questionnaires; technical/pre-sales background.

Responsibilities

• Own regional pursuits from qualification through submission.
• Coordinate input across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security.
• Drive submissions to an exceptionally high bar, on time.
• Develop templates and content from repeats; turn learnings into reusable assets.
• Write and edit compliant, persuasive responses.
• Manage bid processes across functions/timezones without dropping quality.
