Job summary

Pendo is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer in London to own strategic Enterprise accounts, lead complex deployments, and drive customer value across acquisition, adoption, and expansion. The role blends pre- and post-sales technical ownership with coaching and playbook development.

Qualifications

• Experience building and sustaining customer relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to frame problems and drive clear technical outcomes for exec audiences.
• Proven track record solving ambiguous problems with multiple constraints.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate account research or content creation.
• Experience mentoring or coaching more junior technical team members.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors on pre-sales motions for new customer acquisition and growth.
• Drive measurable customer health, retention, and expansion through technical ownership.
• Identify opportunities to expand adoption of products and features across accounts.
• Lead onboarding for strategic customers, including planning and integrations.
• Create reusable playbooks and processes that scale across the team.
• Escalate and resolve complex technical issues with Product or Engineering as needed.
• Build and share implementation playbooks for enterprise deployments.
