Qualifications

• Significant experience in PMO leadership, portfolio management, or strategic initiatives.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives, ideally COO, CIO, or CTO.
• Delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives and organisational change programmes.
• Expertise in portfolio governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery assurance.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive execution across teams.
• Highly organised and resilient in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of strategic initiatives across multiple portfolios, ensuring timetables and objectives are met.
• Establish governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks for visibility and control.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and challenges; proactively resolve obstacles.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of initiatives.
• Facilitate executive decision-making through clear reporting and actionable insights.
• Challenge constructively and hold teams accountable for delivery commitments.
