Job summary

Wipro UK is seeking an experienced Head of Portfolio Management to lead the Central Change Office and oversee a broad portfolio of business change initiatives. You will report to the Chief Change Officer and ensure governance and value delivery across programmes.

The role requires deep experience in Portfolio Management, an FS background, and strong stakeholder management to drive cross-portfolio performance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Portfolio Management, Enterprise PMO or Change functions.
• Strong Financial Services background.
• Experience managing complex change portfolios and governance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams and improving portfolio processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Central Change Office and PMO Centre of Excellence.
• Provide a single view of portfolio performance across all change programmes.
• Oversee governance, reporting, controls and executive dashboards.
• Manage cross-portfolio risks, dependencies, resources and priorities.
• Own and drive adoption of the PPM tool.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
