Pleo is seeking an Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager to lead onboarding for large UK and European accounts. You will bridge technology and business needs, configure Pleo for customers, and drive successful adoption with senior stakeholders across finance, procurement, and operations.

You will collaborate with Support, Success, Sales, Product, and Revenue teams to ensure governance, risk management, and a seamless handover to Customer Success.

Formación

• 3+ years in mid-market or enterprise onboarding or customer success in a SaaS/tech environment.
• Experience managing large, high-value B2B customers.
• Ability to drive complex onboarding projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a credible advisor.
• Align project timelines, scope, resources, and integration requirements with customers.
• Configure Pleo for users, including activation, limits, cards, integration, and compliance.
• Integrate Pleo with the customer’s accounting system and test migrations.
• Provide consulting, training, and best practices to drive user adoption.
• Facilitate handovers to Customer Success and ensure continued customer satisfaction.
