Job summary

Heidi Health Corp. is seeking a Software Implementation Engineer to lead technical onboarding for enterprise NHS deployments. You will configure identity, provisioning, and integrations, coordinating with CSMs, TPMs and engineers to deliver a reliable Go‑Live.

You will own the setup lifecycle from SSO to tokens, ensure security governance, and drive timely delivery. The role is delivery‑oriented and requires strong cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑growing health tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering NHS deployments and enterprise accounts.
• Strong ability to configure identity, provisioning and access controls.
• Ability to translate customer needs into precise technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical setup of new enterprise accounts end to end, including tenant/config, provisioning, and environment readiness.
• Configure SSO with customer IT teams using SAML/OIDC against Okta, Microsoft Entra and NHS identity infrastructure.
• Deliver integration builds and go-live activities within the approved implementation plan.
• Coordinate with TPM and SE teams to surface gaps, manage scope, and ensure successful handover to BAU.
• Provide security and governance input for DPIAs and IT assurance requests, working with Compliance and Privacy teams.
• Review SOW, acceptance criteria and risk logs before starting technical implementation.
