Job summary

Rocketlane is seeking an Engagement Manager to own and drive complex enterprise implementations from kickoff to go-live and Handoff to Customer Success. You will act as the strategic quarterback across multi-stakeholder projects, balancing technical feasibility with business outcomes and executive communication.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage multiple enterprise accounts, and provide architectural guidance while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and measurable value realization for

Qualifications

• This role requires 10–15 years in enterprise software delivery or related fields.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS implementations.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise implementations ($200K–$1M ACV) from kickoff to go-live.
• Manage 3–5 enterprise accounts; ensure customer success and renewal opportunities.
• Lead planning, scope, risk, and change management for multi-phase rollouts.
• Provide technical direction to teams and ensure feasible solution designs.
• Conduct executive business reviews and drive value realization.
