Job summary

Snyk is hiring an Associate Implementation Consultant to help enterprise customers start on the Snyk platform, supporting onboarding engagements and coordinating with customer development and security teams to configure Snyk across SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.

This early-career role combines hands-on work with structured coaching from experienced consultants, offering exposure to enterprise-scale implementations and a pathway to grow in customer-facing application security.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in technical consulting or similar customer-facing role.
• Foundational knowledge of SDLC and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab).
• Ability to manage multiple customer projects with deadlines.
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to developers and technical contacts.
• Genuine interest in application security and developer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding engagements following onboarding methodology from kick-off to closure.
• Support senior consultants on larger/complex implementations.
• Configure/integrate Snyk with customer's source control, CI/CD, container, and cloud environments.
• Join customer kick-offs, working sessions, and status reviews; keep stakeholders informed.
• Escalate questions early and bring in senior colleagues when needed.
• Maintain accurate project plans, notes, and handoffs for easy resumption.
