Job summary

Snyk is hiring an Associate Implementation Consultant to help enterprise customers start using the Snyk platform after sale. You will support onboarding engagements across SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure, with hands-on work from week one and structured coaching from experienced consultants.

This early-career role sits within the Customer Solutions team, collaborating with Technical Success, Support, Sales, and Product to deliver scalable onboarding and measurable security

Qualifications

• 1+ years in technical consulting or equivalent customer-facing role.
• Foundational knowledge of the SDLC and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across projects with team support.
• Clear written and verbal communication; keen on application security.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding engagements for customers with defined requirements using Snyk's onboarding methodology.
• Assist senior consultants on larger implementations and own defined workstreams.
• Configure and integrate Snyk with customer source control, CI/CD, container and cloud environments.
• Join customer kick-offs and status reviews; keep stakeholders informed on progress.
• Explain technical topics clearly and escalate to senior staff when deeper expertise is needed.
• Maintain accurate project plans, notes and handoff docs for repeatability.
