Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking a Senior Manager, ePMO Governance within the Strategy Department. You will lead the governance framework for change delivery, embed stage gates, and drive standards across projects and programmes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior stakeholders and continuous improvement. Hybrid work is offered with up to two days from home, providing a balance of in-office collaboration and flexible work patterns.

Qualifications

• Recognised PMO or governance qualification.
• Experience designing and embedding governance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of waterfall with agile/hybrid in one framework.
• Experience delivering training and guidance in a PMO/ePMO setting.

Responsibilities

• Own and embed the Carnival UK Change Delivery Framework.
• Define and maintain stage gates, standards, tools and templates.
• Drive adoption through training, coaching and rollouts with feedback.
• Act as a critical friend to programme teams and partner with functions across Carnival UK.
• Set and drive standards for programme and project management.
