Job summary

Sky is establishing a new Enterprise Assurance capability within the Group Risk Office to provide a consistent, risk-based view of how policies and controls operate across Sky.

In this role, you will partner with senior leaders and policy owners to shape the assurance approach, drive improvements, and deliver an enterprise-wide view of control health and risk. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Background in assurance, compliance, audit or controls.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable insights.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead assurance across corporate policy and control environment.
• Assess policies, controls and governance for effectiveness.
• Collaborate with owners and SMEs to strengthen ownership.
• Shape enterprise assurance framework and standards.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations and reporting.
• Support enterprise-wide assurance reporting and risk visibility.
