Job summary

BrainStation is seeking a Manager, Enterprise to lead global client engagements transforming for the AI era. You will guide C-suite and product teams, shape AI capabilities, and drive end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams.

The role blends strategic advisory with hands-on execution in a hybrid setting. You will grow client relationships, craft proposals, and steer transformation roadmaps, while maintaining executive-level credibility and delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8 years in a client-facing role with enterprise exposure.
• Experience leading multi-workstream engagements end to end.
• Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Track record of growing client relationships and contributing to commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders.
• Lead engagements end to end: scoping, discovery, recommendations, and roadmap.
• Direct engagement teams, set analytical approach, review deliverables for executive quality.
• Design target-state capabilities and digital operating models for clients.
• Shape advisory work on AI and digital innovation within client industries.
• Lead executive workshops and strategic sessions.
• Develop proposals, business cases, and secure new engagements.
• Contribute to BrainStation's market presence through thought leadership.
