Palladium Digital is seeking an AI Manager and Senior Manager to lead AI transformation engagements for clients, bridging commercial consulting and applied AI. This role sits in the Value Creation practice and works with the AI and data centre of excellence to shape propositions and drive impact.

You will lead engagements from discovery through delivery, building a repeatable, scalable capability and translating complex AI concepts for CEO/CFO audiences.

Qualifikationen

• Proven consulting or technology practice leadership in AI transformation.
• Strong applied AI acumen and ability to shape solutions.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and AI-enabled automation in a commercial context.
• Excellent client-facing skills with C-suite audiences and workshop facilitation.

Aufgaben

• Lead AI transformation engagements end-to-end from problem framing to delivery and value realisation.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders as a credible AI strategy partner.
• Support business development: proposals, pitches, and responses to tenders.
• Lead discovery and solution design phases, defining business problems before choosing tech.
• Manage delivery across multiple workstreams, maintaining quality and client confidence.
• Contribute to building Palladium's AI transformation capability with frameworks and playbooks.
