Job summary

BrainStation is seeking a Strategist, Enterprise, to work with global clients transforming for the AI era. You will help enterprises build durable AI capability and explore opportunities to reshape products and customer experiences.

You will engage executives, shape engagements, and develop materials that move engagements from initial talks to committed programs. You will bring a consultant's discipline, turning ambiguous problems into structured viewpoints, while collaborating across teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in a client-facing role, with exposure to enterprise or corporate clients; consulting/strategy/advisory is a plus.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems and articulate a clear point of view.
• Strong communication skills and professional presence when working with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Genuine interest in AI, digital tech, and transformative operating models.
• Willingness to work in-office on a hybrid model (4+ days per week).
• Willingness to travel globally for client work as required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with C-suite executives and leaders of AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data teams to discuss enterprise-wide AI capability.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact, guiding discovery and engagement growth.
• Learn client business models and operating contexts to identify where capabilities can shift performance.
• Support discovery and current-state assessments across people, process, and technology.
• Contribute to target-state capabilities, operating models, and change roadmaps.
• Contribute to advisory work on digital and AI innovation, including product and customer impact.
• Help design, facilitate, and coordinate executive workshops and sessions.
• Structure and author proposals, presentations, and engagement documents for senior audiences.
• Track AI and innovation landscapes, contributing to BrainStation's point of view and market conversations.
