Job summary

BrainStation is seeking an Account Executive, Enterprise, to build and grow relationships with global organizations as they transform for the AI era. You will lead discovery, shape engagements with Strategy and delivery teams, and own end-to-end pursuits from conversation to commitment.

You will translate AI and digital opportunities into executive-level implications, maintain a strong pipeline, and work with C-suite leaders across AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data teams.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of client-facing experience with enterprise or corporate clients.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems and defend a point of view.
• Willingness to travel globally for client work.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Experience leading client workshops, discovery sessions, or working sessions.
• Disciplined pipeline management and prioritization across multiple pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with C-suite executives and leaders of AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data.
• Lead discovery with clients and shape engagements with Strategy and delivery teams.
• Own portfolio and pipeline growth; lead end-to-end pursuits from opening to commitment.
• Present advisory viewpoints on digital and AI innovation and its impact on products and customer experience.
• Design and facilitate executive workshops and working sessions to move decisions forward.
