easyJet is seeking an AI Value & Impact Lead to build a trusted value capability and own the ROI story for Enterprise AI. You will enable product teams with frameworks, supply Finance with data on efficiency gains, and guide leadership on where to invest next.

This role starts hands-on, becoming the sole owner of the AI value methodology, designing frameworks and automated measurement systems. You will join a fast-paced team with strong backing and high visibility across the organization.

Formación

• Experience in strategy, consulting, economics, corporate finance, or product analytics, with a strong interest in technology and AI.
• Strategic judgement to identify where value sits in a business and frame it for leadership action.
• Economic rigour with experience building models, handling scenarios, and navigating uncertainty.
• Data science capabilities to design fair tests, spot vanity metrics, and build automated data flows using SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.

Responsabilidades

• Find and Capture Value: design automated systems to capture AI value as work happens and establish baseline metrics before AI is introduced.
• Measure the Impact: design experiments, A/B tests, and control groups to isolate AI’s true impact, building pipelines and dashboards to track time saved and revenue uplift.
• Model the Economics: build economic models to test impact under adoption rates and model costs, reconcile productivity gains with P&L impact.
• Tell the Strategic Story: roll up benefits into an enterprise investment story for executives and set business-case standards for new AI initiatives.
