Job summary

Kyndryl UK Limited is hiring a Customer Technology Advisor to lead end-to-end pre-sales, translate complex requirements, and drive enterprise solutions with AI at the core.

You will collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to shape consulting and architecture initiatives, deliver compelling demonstrations, and articulate measurable business value to customer stakeholders across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Deep domain knowledge of application services offerings and enterprise technical solutions.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical application knowledge into actionable customer insights and winning solutions.
• Demonstrated track record in consultative selling and pre-sales solutioning.
• Industry-recognized technical expertise supported by certifications in key focus areas (e.g., Applications, Cloud Services, Data, AI).
• Experience selling complex technical services to multi-industry enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pre-Sales Process: Coordinate end-to-end pre-sales activities, ensuring solution quality and compliance.
• Support Cross-Functional Activities: Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to support Consulting and Architecture initiatives.
• Architect Enterprise Solutions: Identify complex business and technical requirements and craft cross-practice solutions.
• Drive Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to produce winning proposals and optimal technical solutions.
• Articulate Technical Value: Convey the benefits of Kyndryl's capabilities to customer stakeholders with clear communication.
• Nurture Alliance Partnerships: Build relationships with external alliance partners to co-create high-value offerings.
• Deliver Compelling Demonstrations: Develop and present proofs-of-concept and demonstrations that show tangible value.
• Demonstrate Domain Authority: Leverage certifications and end-to-end expertise to establish technical credibility.
