Kyndryl is seeking a Customer Technology Advisor to join our Go-To-Market team. You will be at the forefront of revolutionizing enterprise technology with AI at the core, working with Kyndryl Consult Partners and customer partners to drive opportunities, deliver high-impact demos, and exceed expectations.

In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, shaping how our consulting practice operates today and evolves for the future.

Formación

• Deep domain knowledge of enterprise technical solutions and services.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and winning solutions.
• Track record in consultative selling and pre-sales solutioning.
• Industry certifications in focus areas (Applications, Cloud, Data, AI).
• Experience selling complex technical services to multi-industry enterprise clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end pre-sales activities ensuring quality and compliance.
• Support Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery across consulting and architecture.
• Architect enterprise solutions addressing complex business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create winning proposals and co-create solutions.
• Articulate the value of Kyndryl capabilities to customer stakeholders.
