Job summary

Noxus is building the process intelligence layer for AI-driven operations and is hiring a Sales Development Representative to scale outbound sales across Europe and the Americas. You will identify enterprise accounts, engage senior buyers, and create qualified opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives, shaping how Noxus enters new accounts and builds a repeatable enterprise sales engine.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in sales or related roles, with a strong interest in enterprise sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to address senior audiences.
• Curiosity about AI, enterprise software, and regulated operations.
• Comfort with outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to turn public information into relevant outreach and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting into high-conviction enterprise accounts in regulated industries.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to prioritise accounts and create opportunities.
• Generate qualified pipeline through multi-channel outreach including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
• Research accounts to understand operating models, transformation priorities, and AI use cases for Noxus.
• Engage senior buyers (COOs, CIOs, Heads of Operations) with clear, credible messaging.
• Be the first human touchpoint representing Noxus with commercial sharpness every interaction.
• Leverage AI-powered workflows and sales tools for research, sequencing, and prioritisation.
• Contribute to refining messaging and playbooks with marketing and product teams.
