Mistral AI in London seeks an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive adoption with large customers across industries. You will close deals end-to-end with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and legal.

The role requires 7–10 years in enterprise sales, deep technical fluency, and proficiency in English and French; equity offered, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in enterprise sales / consultative selling for complex technical products.
• Significant experience in the AI ecosystem or related data/infrastructure fields.
• Excellent English and French; additional languages welcomed.
• Experience at a successful fast-growing startup, ideally in deep-tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales cycles with enterprise customers across industries.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans; manage deals and stakeholder alignment (legal, product, engineering).
• Engage with C-level executives to position the solution within strategic initiatives.
• Provide hands-on support during pre-sales and POC phases; guide evaluation with customers.
